Come and join our Gosforth Sensory Storytelling winter term at our lovely Coxlodge Methodist Church, home of the Owl Tree Children’s Cafe! We have a brand new 4 week course during November and December and our Gosforth Sensory Storytelling classes are jam packed full of fun!
Each week we bring a different brilliant book to life using interactive storytelling, sensory props, messy play and much more!
Our Gosforth sensory classes are very interactive and we have so much in store for you! We carefully plan each session to bring brilliant books to life for your little one with:
a different exciting story theme each week with puppets and props themed sensory and messy play beautiful handmade parachutes with sensory lights time to explore and play with your little one time to meet and chat to other parents supports a love of reading from a very early ageAll of this fun supports language and communication development whilst also stimulating all of the senses to build and strengthen brain connections. We are the most unique baby and toddler group around!
Venue?
The Gosforth Sensory Storytelling classes are at Coxlodge Methodist Church, Kenton Road, NE3 4PA. It has a free carpark, easily accessible baby changing facilities, space for pushchairs and visitors can benefit from using the Owl Tree Children’s Café alongside our classes by either booking a full session, or enjoying a shorter reduced price session (spaces permitting)

Who for?
Our classes are separated by developmental stage and you are welcome to book the most suitable one for your child.
Tiny Adventurers – for the youngest, non-mobile babies. They will be lying down or sitting rather than crawling.
Mini Adventures – for more active babies who are on the move including crawling, walking and up to age 3.
