To celebrate World Book Day on Thursday 6th March, we are bringing a World Book Day special to you! What better way to share the joy of reading, books, authors and storytellers than joining us for a wonderful story session?
We will bring a brilliant book to life through interactive storytelling, sensory props, messy play and much more! Our session includes a photo area complete with beautiful story book quotes, make and take home a gorgeous keepsake bookmark as well as a storybook gift.
Little ones are welcome to come in fancy dress but this isn’t essential.
Our sessions are carefully planned to bring brilliant books to life for your little one:
themed sensory and messy play beautiful handmade parachutes with sensory lights time to explore and play with your little one time to meet and chat to other parents supports a love of reading from a very early ageAll of this fun supports language and communication development whilst also stimulating all of the senses to build and strengthen brain connections.
Venue?
Our Ponteland sensory storytelling classes will take place at Ponteland Memorial Hall in the centre of Ponteland. There is a large free carpark outside. The room is spacious with easy access for pushchairs, baby changing facilities, lots of parking and in a central location to local amenities in Ponteland.

Who for?
We will be running groups for different developmental stages of your little one:
Tiny Adventurers – for the youngest, non-mobile babies from birth. They will be lying down or sitting rather than crawling.
Mini Adventurers – for more active babies including crawling and walking up to 3 years old.
